Antioxidants are powerful nutrients used in the body to get rid of dangerous and harmful toxins. When the body builds up an accumulation of such toxins, be begin to feel an array of nagative effects. Substitution Of Foods You Aready Eat

1. Grapes = Blueberries, Raisins, Blackberries
This change seems easy enough, and it is. If you were already eating grapes, you might as well boost the power of these small fruits by upgrading to blueberries or blackberries.
